Welcome to the newly built and fully air-conditioned Penthouse South B13, an artfully designed retreat offering luxury and a restful experience. This exquisite penthouse features 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, with an ensuite and a 2nd bathroom with shower. The combined kitchen, dining, and living area is fully equipped and opens to a large balcony with stunning country and distant sea views. Another balcony at the back overlooks the pool area.
Guests can enjoy access to a communal pool, complete with sunbeds. The pool is located on the North Block, one floor above ground level and accessible by stairs. Please note that guests staying in the South Block need to cross the road to access the pool.
**Pet Policy:**
We are a pet-friendly accommodation. Pets are welcome in the apartments; however, they are not allowed by the pool. A pet fee applies.
**Parking:**
Free secure underground parking is available with direct internal access via passenger lifts and stairwells. Each apartment is allocated one parking space. The garage is located in the North Block.
**Additional Services:**
- Beds are prepared with appropriate bed linen, and extra blankets are available in the wardrobes.
- Two towels per person are provided, ready for use on the beds.
- Air-conditioning is included in the price.
- Full maid service is provided for bookings of 8 nights or more, including cleaning of the entire apartment and changing of towels and bed linen.

The Hillock Residences apartments have been welcoming guests since 2012 and are set in a quiet area of Marsalforn Bay, just an 8-minute stroll from the shoreline. Marsalforn Bay offers a variety of restaurants and pubs, a small sandy beach, and a mix of rocky and pedestrian beaches perfect for cooling off and snorkeling in the beautiful blue waters. This location serves as an excellent base for exploring Gozo, with the island's most popular sites less than a 10-minute drive away.

Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.
