The newly built 4th floor, fully air-conditioned apartment South B10 is artfully designed, offering a subdued luxury and restful experience. It consists of three bedrooms, one having ensuite shower facilities. Along with a main bathroom and shower, which connects to a combined and fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room. This apartment is on 4th floor.
Included in price, guests can also enjoy the use of the communal pool and sunbeds, the pool area is 1 floor up from the ground and only accessible by stairs.
+Communal pool located in the North Block of the buildings (guests staying in the South block buildings needs to access the pool by crossing the road and walk to the North area)
Free secure underground parking is also available with direct internal access by passenger lifts and stairwells.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Air-conditioning is included in price.
Full maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more and includes cleaning of the entire apartment and changing of towels and bed linen.

The Hillock residences apartments have been welcoming guests since 2012 and are set in a quite area of Marsalforn bay, just an 8 minutes’ stroll from the shore line, consisting of a good number of restaurants and pubs. The bay has a small sandy beach, together with a mix of rocky and pedestrian beaches ideal for cooling off and snorkelling the beautiful blue waters.
The location makes a perfect base to discover Gozo and it is less than 10 minutes’ car away from the most popular sites the island has to offer.

When making a booking with us we can offer either a self check-in with instructions and directions to the property together with a 4-digit security code to access key lock box, or we can offer directions and meet you at property at your arrival at an extra fee of € 25. This paid service is only available for arrivals between 15:00 till 19:00.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

The apartments are fabulously light and modern and clean. Ours had a sea view which was perfect. George is always helpful if anything is not right. The location is terrific, so close to the sea. And the aircon is efficient and in all rooms. Also hasee more

The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable. They are worn out - our double mattress made loud springing noises when you moved. The pillows and bedlinen are not of great quality either.
The bathrooms need some more hooks and some shelves to put thsee more

The bathrooms need some more hooks and some shelves to put things. The wifi does not reach the double bedroom very effectively, you should try installing a wifi extender half way down the hallway, this would sort the problem. |
