A cliff edge, one of a kind property with spectacular views of the channel between the 2 islands, private pool area, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi.
A stunning home situated directly on the edge of Mgarr Harbour, which enjoys panoramic views of the sea and channel between Gozo and Malta - as well as wonderful views of the tiny Comino Island and the historic Fort Chambray. The scene is ever changing with fishing boats, luxury yachts and the three ferries constantly coming and going.
The entrance of the property leads into a hallway which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, which overlooks the private pool and its amazing views. The ground floor is also equipped with the first double bedroom with ensuite facilities, and another spare bathroom.
The staircase to the first floor opens up into another seating area, leading onto another two bedrooms and two bathrooms with large balconies. overlooking the spectacular views of pool and harbour. A further bedroom is located on its own on the second floor with ensuite facilities and terrace. Each floor has the luxury of this stunning view ensuring you are spoilt for choice when deciding which room to choose.
*The gas BBQ in photo has been replaced with a charcoal one.
*House is situated in a narrow road with no possibility of parking or loading/unloading in front of property, parking is available in the street few meters up.

Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.

Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

The first view one gets of Gozo is that of Mġarr Harbour. A scene so beautiful and serene that it is captured by photographers and artists and by the many who approach the island from the sea, to be met by a humble harbour that is magical in its simplicity.
Taking a short stroll down to the harbour, will allow you the chance enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the restaurants, cafes and bars. You can watch the sail boats and even go fishing at the water’s edge. At sunset you can savor a blissful walk down the pier.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.
Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.
