Description
Authentic 200 years old farmhouse, transformed into a bright & airy 3 bedroom modern accommodation, private pool area, air - conditioning, free WiFi.
The arched ceilings on the ground floor and the amazing stonework and floor tiling throughout the house, are all original features that will immediately embrace the visitors on entering the property.
The sizable and traditional inner courtyard at the entrance, has been converted into a private pool and deck area. Through which one enters into a combined living and dining/kitchen space, quaintly separated by arches.
A twin bed room and a separate family bathroom complete the ground floor. An original stone staircase leads to an arched landing area and two other bedrooms on the first floor, one twin and one double, both with ensuite facilities. The house is well equipped and furnished whilst being situated in close proximity to the village square, with its restaurants and bars, the hub and life of the local community.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
All rooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.50 per night.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Xaghra Basilica in the main square is one of the most rich churches in Malta.
Xaghra main square is one of the most busiest squares on the island. One can find numerous restaurants, bars and cafeterias that serves good food and drinks from morning till late.
It is also within a short distance of the island's main summer resort of Marsalforn, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

Het servies was niet geheel schoon en hebben we eerst afgewassen. Vaatwasser deed het wel maar waste niet zo schoon. Verder zou het fijn zijn wanneer er iets meer in huis is zoals kruiden, olie ed.
