Stunning accommodation with a fantastic south facing private pool with BBQ, air-conditioning, free WiFi.
The ambiance in this wonderful property is fresh and airy, but still rustic retaining the 'Old Gozo' style. Catering comfortably for large family or group.
The main entrance opens up into a very spacious open plan dining/living room, with kitchen attached – this room oozes natural sunlight the perfect greeting whilst you sit and enjoy your breakfast in the mornings overlooking the private pool and deck area.
4 bedrooms are spread around the house, with a double bedroom on ground floor with bathroom in the hallway, and 3 more bedrooms at first floor level, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. This floor also enjoys a large terrace overlooking the pool area.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
The bedrooms are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.50 per night.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

It also boasts of unique prehistoric temples, which are the oldest standing structures in the world, and together with the burial grounds found close by, are a magnet for historians and archaeologists from all over the world. Xaghra Basilica in the main square is one of the most rich churches in Malta.
Xaghra main square is one of the most busiest squares on the island. One can find numerous restaurants, bars and cafeterias that serves good food and drinks from morning till late.
It is also within a short distance of the island's main summer resort of Marsalforn, with its excellent swimming spots, restaurants, bars, and bustling summer crowds.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

The villa was fantastic and we loved the pool and BBQ area. Having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for an elderly guest staying with us. Large rooms, comfy beds (with duvets) and three bathrooms were great. Gozo was lovely, but you do see more

Large rooms, comfy beds (with duvets) and three bathrooms were great. Gozo was lovely, but you do really need a car with the property to get around. Our only issue was the turning space for our large 9 seater rental car. The villa is situated on a cul de sac and it was difficult to turn it around and park depending on the location of other vehicles. There isn't anything that can really be done about this, but is something to keep in mind if booking. It was a lovely quiet area so that is the bonus of the location up a residential cul de sac.
