Three well-appointed bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bathtub) ensure ample space and privacy for all guests. A highlight of this home is the private swimming pool, measuring 7 x 3.5 meters, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny Gozitan days. The outdoor space features garden furniture, a barbecue, and a balcony, creating an inviting environment for outdoor dining and leisure. Inside, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and complete kitchenware. An authentic traditional farmhouse converted in one of the most beautiful holiday homes in the very popular village of Xaghra, sitting at the edge of the hill top, with a private pool and overlooking some of the best views of the city of Victoria including the Cittadella fortress in capital Victoria. In line with their original use, the first floor rooms have retained their primary function as living areas. The kitchen and dining room enjoys excellent views of the private pool and deck area. On the ground floor, there is also one of the 4 bedrooms ideal for persons with limited mobility (not wheel chair friendly) equipped with 2 single beds that can be joined together. The wooden staircase leads to the 1st floor consisting of 2 double bedrooms both ensuite facilities and a 3rd twin bedroom (cannot be made as double bed) also with ensuite shower facilities.
