Charming Traditional-Style Property with Private Pool and Mature Gardens
This beautifully constructed property, built in a traditional style and finished to high standards, is ideally located in the heart of the village. It combines modern amenities with unique features, including a private pool and mature gardens—a rare find in a holiday home. At the end of the garden, you’ll find a BBQ area complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs. The combined kitchen and dining area overlook the pool, and upon entering the property, the cozy living room with a stove fireplace also has views of the pool area. Both rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. A separate bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- The first and second floors house the sleeping quarters, accommodating at least 8 adults with 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms.
- A large terrace on the top floor offers spectacular country and sea views.
- The property includes a garage suitable for a small-sized car.
**Pool Dimensions:** 6 x 4 meters.
**Additional Services:**
- All beds are prepared with quality bed linen and extra blankets in the wardrobes. Two towels per person are provided.
- Maid service is included for stays of 8 nights or more.
- The bedrooms ONLY are equipped with air conditioning units (cooling and heating) operated by an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins), with a display showing the remaining credit. Each unit typically consumes around €2.25 per night.
- Bathroom heaters are also available at an extra cost through the coin meter.
- One washing machine tablet per night is provided for each booking.

- The nearest supermarket is 2 km away, with a smaller grocery store just a 2-minute walk.
- Xwejni Bay Beach is 2 km away (hilly road).
- The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk (Bus No. 309 - Ghazziela).

Iz-Zebbug, located just 3 km from Victoria city and Marsalforn bay, sits on a tranquil hill in northern Gozo with panoramic views of the countryside and Mediterranean. It boasts a remarkable parish church, charming street niches, and a history of skilled craftsmen. The name Iż-Żebbuġ means olives or olive trees in Maltese, hinting at its historic olive groves or presses.
**Security Deposit and Eco Tax:**
- A fully refundable security deposit of €400 for private pool properties (€200 for shared pool properties) will be charged from the card on file two weeks before arrival. The deposit covers damages (excluding normal wear and tear), missing items, or noise disturbances. It will be refunded automatically within 7 days of checkout.
- A mandatory Malta Eco Tax of €0.50 per person per night (up to €5 per person) applies to all guests aged 18 and over, payable locally in cash at check-in.
**Travel Information:**
Fly into Malta International Airport and then take a ferry to Gozo. We offer car hire and direct transfers from the airport to the property upon booking confirmation.
**Please Note:**
- Kindly respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels low during your stay.
- The price does not include the Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists aged 18 and over at €0.50 per person per night, capped at €5 per person per continuous stay.

When making a booking with us we can offer either a self check-in with instructions and directions to the property together with a 4-digit security code to access key lock box, or we can offer directions and meet you at property at your arrival at an extra fee of € 25. This paid service is only available for arrivals between 15:00 till 19:00.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

We welcome one pet under 30kg per property under the conditions outlined below. Please note that all our properties are pet-friendly except for the Rebbiegha Holiday Home.
