The house has been designed to best exploit the spectacular views around the pool, this wonderful outside space is completed by the added feature of a BBQ prepared and ready for use.
Its décor and furnishings are top of the range, functional and comfortable for the visitor, the ground floor consists of a large living space with adjoining open plan kitchen/dining area, leading onto the pool/garden areas. This floor is the completed with access to a bedroom with ensuite facilities.
The south westerly facing terrace on the first floor allows for spectacular views especially at sunsets, which has to be experienced. With the terrace being accessible directly from the master bedroom as well as from a common hallway. This floor also has access to two bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, One sporting the added feature of a small sauna. This accommodation is truly a one off amazing property allowing for a wonderful holiday experience all year round.

Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

San Lawrenz is a small quiet village situated in the west of the island of Gozo. The village is built upon a flat surface surrounded by three hills - Ta' Ghammar, Ta' Gelmus and Ta' Dbiegi. San Lawrenz have one of the most famous bays in Gozo, Dwejra Bay. There is also a restaurant in Dwejra that serves lunch and dinner. For a fine dining experience you can also visit 5-star Kempinski Hotel, 1.3km away from the property.
Near the local food store (Lighthouse Supermarket - Gharb), one finds the Crafts Village which consists of a café along with several unique shops. The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from the property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knight’s time while unwinding in one of the coffee shops you can find whilst you explore.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.
Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

When making a booking with us we can offer either a self check-in with instructions and directions to the property together with a 4-digit security code to access key lock box, or we can offer directions and meet you at property at your arrival at an extra fee of € 25. This paid service is only available for arrivals between 15:00 till 19:00.

Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

We had a fantastic stay at The Almonds from 22/06/2024 to 29/06/2024.
The house is enormous! Very spacious in every room, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need, including dishwasher, wine fridge and washing machine.

The house is enormous! Very spacious in every room, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need, including dishwasher, wine fridge and washing machine. The pool and surrounding grounds are lovely, very private and safe for all ages, our four year old granddaughter was hardly ever out of the pool, we all absolutely loved it, it is a very generous sized pool. Situated a little way outside the village of San Lawrenz, we found the area very quiet and away from any hustle and bustle, but still with easy access to a village store and bar (both about a 10 minute walk). The service from Baron Holiday Homes was superb, so much so, we are already thinking of booking again for next year. Communications were excellent, a special mention for Tracey who kept in touch with us via Whatsapp and who was always on hand if we had any questions. First rate service all round! I must say that from booking, through to arrival and to check out, everything was spot on. |

The cooker/range at the house was a little difficult to use due to the control indicators being worn.
The sliding bathroom doors could do with a little attention to make them slide easier.
