    Nestled in the beautiful rural landscape of Gozo, this spacious 200 square metre property offers the perfect escape for families, couples, and friend groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Our charming accommodation provides a comfortable haven with stunning pool views and convenient amenities.

    The property boasts three well-appointed bedrooms ( 2 double beds with single bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds) with flexible sleeping arrangements, accommodating up to 9 guests comfortably. With seven beds including double, individual, and supplementary options, everyone can find their perfect resting space. Three modern bathrooms - two with showers and one with a bathtub - ensure convenience and comfort for all guests.

    A highlight of this property is the private swimming pool, measuring an impressive 12 x 3.5 metres, perfect for relaxing summer days and creating memorable moments with loved ones. The outdoor space features a garden, barbecue area, garden furniture, and a balcony, providing multiple spaces to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

    The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Entertainment is covered with a satellite TV offering channels in English and Italian, and complimentary WiFi throughout the property.

    Conveniently located, you'll find a supermarket just 230 metres away, with restaurants, cafes, and bus stops within walking distance. Xlendi Beach is a short 3.3 km drive, while Ramla Beach is approximately 7.8 km away.     The AC units that are available with an electronic coin box system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.25 per night.

    Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

    Kercem, the village in which the accommodation resides is small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. In Kercem you can find also a football pitch just 600m away from the property. Greens Bar and Restaurant is also in the football pitch premises that serves good food.

    The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.

    A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

    € 200 for up to 6 adults and
    € 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

    This amount is needed to cover for the following:

    Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
    Any missing items from the property
    Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

    This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

    Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

    Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

    Some touch-ups and small maintenance issues are needed. The beds are not as comfortable as they look, and in general we missed a couple of things to make our stay even better

    We have just returned from a week at Four Winds. It was absolutely fantastic. The service from Baron was brilliant with excellent communication from start to finish. The maid visited half way through the week to clean and change towels. It did rain heavily one night and the roof leaked. We reported this straight away and someone was out first thing in the morning to repair the roof! The villa was really spacious and comfortable. It was very well equipped and small touches like supplies of toilet paper and dishwasher and laundry tablets were very useful. The villa is in a perfect spot in Kercem. The local church is beautiful and we managed to attend a mass service. We visited David's, the local bakery daily. The cakes were out of this world! It is a lovely 15 minute stroll into Victoria which has many many lovely restaurants. Highly recommend Maldonado, Casa Vostra and Brookies. Cafe Jubilee for breakfast/lunch. The citadella there is a great visit for some history and the wonderful views of the island. Highly recommended a segway tour for more amazing views. Xlendi is only about 3km and a nice walk to visit and have a cocktail on the sea front. Ramla beach is stunning. As is the blue lagoon. The island is simply beautiful. And the people wonderful. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.

      A delightful holiday home with unique architectural features, private pool, air-condition, Wi-Fi, 3 underground parking spaces. A welcoming entrance leads into the bright open plan living, dining area with kitchen attached. This spacious room oozes natural sunlight through the large windows, all of which overlooks the pool area with stunning country views. Completed with a built in stone BBQ, perfect for a sunny afternoon. On the 1st floor one finds the four bedrooms, two of which overlook the pool area. The master bedroom is equipped with ensuite, while the other bedrooms share the corner bath/shower room in hall way. There is also another half bathroom on ground floor consisting of sink and toilet. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. In Kercem you can find also a football pitch just 600m away from the property. Greens Bar and Restaurant is also in the football pitch premises that serves good food. The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand. A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows: € 200 for up to 6 adults and € 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool This amount is needed to cover for the following: Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) Any missing items from the property Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
