    Description

    A delightful holiday home with unique architectural features, private pool, air-condition, Wi-Fi, 3 underground parking spaces.

    A welcoming entrance leads into the bright open plan living, dining area with kitchen attached. This spacious room oozes natural sunlight through the large windows, all of which overlooks the pool area with stunning country views. Completed with a built in stone BBQ, perfect for a sunny afternoon.

    On the 1st floor one finds the four bedrooms, two of which overlook the pool area. The master bedroom is equipped with ensuite, while the other bedrooms share the corner bath/shower room in hall way. There is also another half bathroom on ground floor consisting of sink and toilet.

    The accommodation has a wonderfully spacious garage which fits 3 small cars, along with more space directly in front of the garage doors itself.

    Additional services:

    Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.

    We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.

    Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

    Air conditioning is available at an extra charge and is available in all rooms.

    Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:

    Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

    Local amenities:

    Closest restaurant is situated 600m away from property.
    Closest mini-market is 230m from property.
    Nearest beach 4km away from property.
    Nearest bus stop is 1km away from property. Bus No. 313
    Victoria centre, the capital city is just 1.5km from property.

    Kercem, the village in which the accommodation resides is small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. In Kercem you can find also a football pitch just 600m away from the property. Greens Bar and Restaurant is also in the football pitch premises that serves good food.

    The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.

    A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:

    € 200 for up to 6 adults and
    € 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool

    This amount is needed to cover for the following:

    Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
    Any missing items from the property
    Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.

    This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.

    Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

    Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

    There is a garage at the semi-basement level we didnt use it but it may be possible if you ask as it would provide more car parking space, in addition to the single space you can use in front of the garage door, which is in its own driveway.

    Quiet location.

    Company was kind enough to allow an earlier check-in (14.00) and late check-out (16.00) due to low season. This was a good bonus.

    Overall good experience with nothing major to complain about, at all.

    Customer support over the phone was good.

    Booking experience online was seamless and transparent.

    We stayed in February low season price was excellent, even for just 5 people.

    - Three bathrooms, but only two have showers, and of these two showers one is in the master bedroom, meaning all other guests have to share one shower, unless the M/bedroom guests are kind enough to allow others to use theirs. Might be an issue if you are a full-house of 9 people (we were 5).

    - Kindly include several bars of the soap for the bathrooms. Having only one in each bathroom is not enough, at all. Other places that I have stayed at included soap dispensers for both sink and shower perhaps the company should consider installing these.

    Other things I would put on the "would be nice but not essential" list would be a better coffee maker, a few more kitchen essentials ( oil, tea,coffee, salt, pepper) and a few more food preparation boards for the otherwise we'll equipped kitchen.
