An authentic 300 hundred years old Watch Tower beautifully restored, private pool, amazing views, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi.
Dar It-Torri – (Tower house) is an original Watch Tower beautifully converted into a wonderful holiday home set on 3 floors. At the entrance of this unique house is a mill room, still with its original stone work, now converted into a cosy living area complete with a sofa and TV, overlooking the private pool and sundeck area. A small kitchenette is available in the pool area since full kitchen is located on 2nd floor.
At ground floor there is also the first double bedroom with a separate complete bathroom and a sofa bed ideal for 2 children available on request at an extra charge of € 10 per night per person.
An iron spiral staircase (not ideal for infants or persons with limited mobility) a feature in itself, joins the first living area with the first floor where there is situated the 2nd double bedroom, complete with another separate bathroom. The large terrace on this floor leads to the centuries old tower room accessible only by external stairs (5 steps).
The tower room, giving unique character to this house, is the actual tower house which served for many years as the sleeping quarters for the duty guards. This room has now been beautifully converted into a fully equipped kitchen complete with dining room and living room area.
Kindly note that this unique property is situated in an alley and there is around 30 meters walk to access the main door, it is also situated next to a very small farm (as seen on google maps) and depending on the wind there might be some farm smells.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
The 2 bedrooms together with the kitchen dining and living room are equipped with AC units that are available with an electronic box coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2.50 per night.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Victoria centre, the capital city is just 1.5km from property.
Kercem, the village in which the accommodation resides is small, with population of approximately 1,700 people. The property is situated in a very calm and tranquil area. The closest beaches are Xlendi and Dwejra bay where the famous Azure window was situated. In Kercem you can find also a football pitch just 600m away from the property. Greens Bar and Restaurant is also in the football pitch premises that serves good food.
The diversity of the island makes it unique, because of its size you are practically from one side to another in just 10 minutes. In the morning you could be visiting historical sites; like Ggantija, Citadella and enjoy the afternoon at the beach - The most famous of course Ramla beach with its red sand.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.
Kindly note that price does not includes Malta Eco Tax, payable by all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over; €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay.

Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.
