The residence is finished and equipped to a very high standard, including air conditioning throughout, and is designed as a bungalow with an open plan living area - leading onto a charming sun lounge with private swimming pool. The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances you will find at home; the living room has a wood burning stove making the property a joy to stay in during the cooler months. An extra attraction is the luxury of a two car private driveway. This is a property with a difference, located in the popular village of Sannat, close to restaurants and local bars, this property enjoys every amenity one could wish for. Additional services: Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with 2 towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use. We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay. Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights and more. Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo: Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form. In the main square there also 2 bar & restaurants and also a steakhouse. For a Maltese traditional food experience one can visit Ta' Rozina, just 600 metres away from the property. A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows: € 200 for up to 6 adults and € 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool   This amount is needed to cover for the following: Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear) Any missing items from the property Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours. This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. An amazing semi-detached holiday villa with private pool and 6 seater Jacuzzi, free air-conditioning & wifi. This superbly planned villa forms part of a cluster of three private houses and was designed and built to group specifications allowing for special detail and attention, resulting in a lovely holiday home equipped with modern facilities including Air-conditioning that can be used both for cooling and heating. As you enter the property you reach a large hallway that leads to a large combined living and dining/ kitchen area, which is beautifully finished with patterned local tiled floors, overlooking the private pool area which is equipped with sun decks and a built in stone BBQ. This living space is also equipped with an excellent and warming feature of a fireplace, which is perfect if you’re staying during the winter months. Sat adjacent to the living area on the ground floor you have your first bedroom with ensuite facilities, this bedroom also has the luxury of a petite but very peaceful patio area.  A large staircase leads you to the two twin spacious bedrooms (one equipped with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms.
