Tap water in Malta and Gozo is fit for drinking but for your convience we have added the possiblity to order bottled water which makes it easy to have cold or hot water instantly. Baron Holiday Homes have teamed up with H2only water provider and all properties are equipped with Cold and Hot water dispensers, each 19 litre water container can be purchased at the cost of €6.00.
All orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your arrival, as this service is only provided before arrival. During your stay more bottles can be ordered directly from the provider during weekdays and delivered to your doorstep, or they can be purchased from most local supermarkets.

ACs in all bedrooms pointed directly at the head of the bed which is not ideal. Also, two of the ACs seemed to be adjusted to have only one setting for temperature and fan speed which was too strong.

After the jacuzzi was fixed (as it wasn't working properly when we arrived) we used it a lot and enjoyed greatly. The area is a very quiet one. It allowed us to take walks in the wonderful cliffs. Highly recommended.

An amazing semi-detached holiday villa with private pool and 6 seater Jacuzzi, free air-conditioning & wifi. This superbly planned villa forms part of a cluster of three private houses and was designed and built to group specifications allowing for special detail and attention, resulting in a lovely holiday home equipped with modern facilities including Air-conditioning that can be used both for cooling and heating. As you enter the property you reach a large hallway that leads to a large combined living and dining/ kitchen area, which is beautifully finished with patterned local tiled floors, overlooking the private pool area which is equipped with sun decks and a built in stone BBQ. This living space is also equipped with an excellent and warming feature of a fireplace, which is perfect if you’re staying during the winter months. Sat adjacent to the living area on the ground floor you have your first bedroom with ensuite facilities, this bedroom also has the luxury of a petite but very peaceful patio area. A large staircase leads you to the two twin spacious bedrooms (one equipped with bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms.
