Description
Fully detached property, private pool and mature garden, spectacular sea and sunset views.
Now converted with impeccable taste and sensitivity it still exudes a warm welcome to the passing visitor. In line with their original use, the first floor rooms have retained their primary function as living areas. However, they also take full advantage of the most spectacular of views, especially of the wonderful unobstructed sunset over Dwejra, which is the most photographed spot on the island.
The master bedroom, is situated on one corner of the house with its own little private terrace, two double beds, and ensuite facilities.
A fully equipped kitchen and living areas complete the first floor. The property sleeps six comfortably, with two other twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite and another bathroom with access from the quaint internal courtyard. Its south facing back patio with its private sizable pool also enjoys country and sea views due to the undulating landscape of the surrounding fields.
This property might not be ideal for people with limited mobility as there is an external staircase to reach the first floor, where the kitchen, dining and living room are situated. The external staircase are also not sheltered.
Additional services:
Included in this accommodation: All beds will be prepared with the appropriate bed linen, along with extra blankets in the wardrobes should you need further layers. In addition to this, you will also be provided with Two towels per person – which will be placed on the beds ready for use.
We will also provide all bookings with 1x dishwasher tablet and 1x washing machine tablet per night of your stay.
Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.
Air conditioning is included in price.
Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to our island of Gozo:
Land in Malta International Airport and than ferry crossing to Gozo. We can offer Car Hire and/or Direct Transfers from Airport to property after making the booking by completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

San Lawrenz is a small quiet village situated in the west of the island of Gozo. The village is built upon a flat surface surrounded by three hills - Ta' Ghammar, Ta' Gelmus and Ta' Dbiegi. San Lawrenz have one of the most famous bays in Gozo, Dwejra Bay. There is also a restaurant in Dwejra that serves lunch and dinner. For a fine dining experience you can also visit 5-star Kempinski Hotel, 1.3km away from the property.
Near the local food store (Lighthouse Supermarket - Gharb), one finds the Crafts Village which consists of a café along with several unique shops. The city of Victoria is 3.5 km from the property and here you can enjoy the rich history from the knight’s time while unwinding in one of the coffee shops you can find whilst you explore.
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporary held from a valid debit/credit card as follows:
€ 200 for up to 6 adults and
€ 400 from 7 adults and up for properties with private pool
This amount is needed to cover for the following:
Any damages (excluding normal tear and wear)
Any missing items from the property
Any excessive noise that can create a nuisance to neighbours.
This amount will be temporary blocked from the card provided when prompted by our automated email system, and released automatically within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes have 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to guest in writing.
Please respect your neighbours during holiday with us, may we remind you that any loud noise is not permitted at any time during your stay.

This villa couldn't be much better in my opinion. It was quite secluded with views over the countryside and ocean, has a great pool which has the sun from dawn until dusk, and is fitted with modern appliances e.g. AC, kitchen, wifi.

The location is good (walking distance to San Lawrenz and Gharb), although I would still recommend hiring a car when staying here. The area was quiet with no disturbances. |

We found the layout of some of the rooms/beds slightly weird. The master bedroom has two double beds, whereas the other ensuite bedroom only has two singles. The master bedroom also has a toilet and shower which is pretty much exposed to the rest of see more

The master bedroom also has a toilet and shower which is pretty much exposed to the rest of the room, and with the bedroom door open there is a direct line of sight from the shower to the living room. This might not be a problem for everyone staying here, but something like a screen door would improve the privacy.
